I have once more let a Thursday go by without a post, but I am getting to it now on Friday afternoon.  Not too bad a lag.  Our stove crapped out on us a few days ago, was probably minutes away from starting a terrible house fire.  There were burn marks on the wall behind the oven and whatever blew, blew a hole through the metal backing!  It will be about a week before we get the replacement parts and are able to get it fixed.  That said, I am thankful that there was no housefire and also that I don't have to cook for a week :)
