Jaxon is doing great as he has crossed into another month. He is getting more stable with his walking and it able to now bend over and pick something up and stand back up without any assistance. He is on to whole milk, which is a nice break for our wallet! He is getting more interested in what is actually going on with a toy. Knowing which buttons do what, for instance sound v. light or spinning. He is starting to try to climb the steps, so that is tough, since I can't lift him very well, we have to keep the steps blockaded. He seems to be growing taller by the minute, and is now in 18-24/24 month clothes. He is babbling constantly and loves to sing--which warms my heart. His naps have been erratic as he seems to be teething again and is going through what seems to be a constant growth spurt.
We are all getting excited and prepared for his little brothers arrival. We have passed the starting point for when I could deliver at TBC (this past Thursday) so we are in the clear. Any day now would be great. Grayson has "lightened" and is sitting as low as possible. Which they tell me is good for a faster labor/delivery, but is very painful and exhausting for me right now.
We are having his 1st birthday party this weekend to make sure he gets it in before the chaos of having a 1 year old and a newborn in the house begins. I am really excited about it, and you can be sure there will be plenty of photos to follow!
Thankyou for the pictures, Kristi. He is growing so fast, into a little boy. Don't give up on his nap, you need it and so does he. Can't believe he is in 18 month clothes. We're sad to miss his birthday party. Looking forward to pictures. Love, Nana
